Payment processors

Payments are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number. Each processor handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep account, profile, and order records for as long as we need them to run the service and to meet our legal, tax, and security duties. When we no longer need information, we remove it or make it anonymous. The exact time depends on the type of record and the law that applies to it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections and spam protection on our forms. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it, and we keep procedures to respond if a data incident happens. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@blackrewrite.com. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you, and we may need to confirm your identity and the agent’s authority before we act.

International users

Black REwrite is based in the United States, and the content you publish is shared worldwide under the license described in our Terms of Service. If you use the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.
